Background

Chip Bruorton practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation, condemnation and administrative and government law. Mr. Bruorton has had experience representing private and public owners, architects, contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and their insurers or sureties in construction matters. Mr. Bruorton also has experience in representing governmental entities in condemnation actions.

Mr. Bruorton, who had previously clerked with the firm while a law student, joined the firm in August 2003 as an associate. Since joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Bruorton has had the opportunity to handle a variety of legal matters and gain significant experience and knowledge from other members of the firm. Mr. Bruorton became a shareholder with the firm in December 2007.
