Jan Klein has been with the firm since July of 1999. She has been a paralegal since June of 1976 after graduating with an Associates Degree in legal sciences from the Northern Virginia Community College.
For the past 28+ years, Jan has worked in insurance defense litigation, personal injury litigation, domestic relations law, business law, and complex civil litigation. She is proficient in courtroom presentation computer software as well as case management software.
Jan passed the Board Certification Examination for Paralegals given by the National Association of Legal Assistants in January of 1999, and has earned the professional title of Certified Paralegal. In order to maintain this certification, she is required to maintain her continuing legal education credits and regularly attends seminars for the advancement of her study in legal specialty areas.
